OGILVY & MATHER

Originally, in 2005, HOK completed the office renovation and consolidation of Ogilvy & Mather, one of Chicago’s leading ad agencies. The purpose of this more recent project effort, completed in 2013, was to increase workspace headcounts and conferencing and renovate and relocate support amenities.

The project included a phased, partial demolition of the existing space to increase the number of workstations and collaboration areas. A new conference center was included as well as a reconfigured town hall meeting space. The overall space includes new finishes throughout to align a cohesive link to the architecture and branding on both the North and South sides of the office.
